Our specialties

Welcome Beverage: We’ll greet you with a refreshing home made drink as we introduce you to the day’s experience.

Farm Tour: Explore the organic vegetable farm, where you’ll learn about the variety of seasonal vegetables and herbs we grow. We’ll take you through our approach to sustainable farming and share insights into how nature’s rhythms guide everything we do.

Relax: after the tour, feel free to give a hand in the open kitchen, hand by the fire, help prepare the food or just mingle.

Dinner: Enjoy a family style meal, featuring 3-4 courses prepared with the freshest local produce, paired with sustainably sourced meats cooked in front of you on open fire! All of this will be served outside, allowing you to enjoy your meal while taking in the open air and natural surroundings. This is a chance to connect with both the food and the people around you.

Rustic Ferments: A Farm-to-Jar Workshop

Take a break from the city and spend a relaxed day in nature at Tiny Farms in Brandenburg, surrounded by birdsong, fresh air, and good company.

We’ll kick things off with a refreshing fermented drink and a chance to meet the group. Then we’ll head into the fields for a tour of the farm, where you’ll learn about local, seasonal vegetables—and harvest your own! These freshly picked goodies will become the stars of your ferments.

Back at the workshop table, we’ll start with a tasting of homemade ferments, sourdough bread, and other delicious spreads to get your palate inspired. Then it’s hands-on time: you’ll learn just how easy and satisfying it is to ferment almost anything. We'll show you how to reduce food waste, boost your hosting game with herb syrups, and create vibrant, probiotic-rich jars to take home.
